6 bulan praktikal telah berakhir.. sebahagian dr aku gembira kerna skrg aku dh cuti tp sebahagian yg lain agak sedih sbb aku akn meninggalkn rutin yg aku amalkn selama 6 bulan serta staf2 mcb yg menerima n melayan aku dgn sgt baik spnjg 6 bln d sana.. agak bosan la bila duk umah je.. nk kluar tp duit xleh d bzirkn suke ati je..

selamat arijd ke-22 buat saudara amir! semoga pnjg umur, d murahkn rezeki n berjaya selalu.. 

tahniah d ucapkn kpd kwn2 yg akn yg telah tamat blaja.. ada yg akn terus bkerja, ada yg akn smbg blaja professional n ada yg akn keluar negara.. apapun pilihan anda semoga anda berjaya! semoga kte akn bertemu lg..

mgu dpn mmbr aku, power rangers akn pulang kk.. hahaha... john mesti ingt sape dia ni.. sejak keluar dr mrsm, xramai mmbr ex-mrsm yg aku masih berhubung tp power rangers ni la antara mmbr yg aku msih rapat lg.. mate dh aku jumpe mgu lps.. rupe msih same tp bdn dh tegap mcm pak lah.. hahaha, dulu mate ni kurus mcm aku je..

"sungguh pantas masa berlalu".. mmg dh bosan bc ayat ni tp itu mmg kebenaran.. sekejap je dh hmpir bln jun 2009.. tggl semgu lg utk aku menamatkn praktikal.. 5 bln dn 3 mggu dh berakhir.. kwn2 pn ramai yg dh abis ijazah.. tahniah buat mereka semua dn semoga berjaya dn d rahmati dlm semua urusan murni mereka.. 

aku pn dh lame x menulis.. bkn xde ms tp keinginan yg xde.. sepnjg lebih 6 bulan aku d kk ni mmg dh terubat la rindu pd insan tersyg namun rakan2 d uitm, mungkin kte xdpt ketemu lg.. maafkan dosa2 aku dn halalkn makan minum ku.. hutg duit xde (seingt aku la) tp hutg budi ug byk mmg xmampu aku byr.. terima kasih buat sume.. 

jd lps abis prktikl ade cuti 1 buln sebelum blik shah alam utk sem akhir, InsyaAllah.. sewa umh brape dh skrg ni? 1000? aku berjaya la jgk save duit skit sem akhir nnt.. keje xde alaun tp duk umah jd xbyk la blanja aku setiap bulan..

buat peminat man utd dn barca, jgn lupa tgk final cl mggu depan.. semoga kte d hiburkan dgn persembahan menarik dr 2 pasukan terbaik eropah ni.. lps tu ade fa cup final plak.. chelsea lwn everton.. penutup tirai bulan mei..

 

HE IS OUT AGAIN!!!

4:25pm: Barely 21 hours after the Kuala Lumpur High Court ruled Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin was Perak Menteri Besar, the post is now back to Barisan Nasional's Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir. The Court of Appeal has allowed a stay of execution of the order pending an appeal filed by Zambry this morning, V. Anbalagan reports. In an immediate response, Zambry overturned the key BN policy reversions declared by Datuk Nizar Jamaluddin earlier this morning, which includes suspensions of the State Secretary and Legal Adviser. 

Nizar, in an immediate response, vacated the Mentri Besar's office in Ipoh along with his Exco members at 2.30pm, after gaining access at 7.45am.

On the topsy-turvy nature of the situation now, Nizar commented: "I will for my legal counsel. When everything is clearer, we will see the consequences to ascertain its level."

However, Nizar admitted that both parties need to stop the impasse in perak.

Pakatan Rakyat officials stressed that the decisions made by Nizar with his exco in an emergency meeting last night is valid, even if it lasted for only a mere 16 hours.
Zambry, in a Press conference in Ipoh after winning the stay of execution, declared that he had overturned all the decisions made by Nizar at the "so-called Pakatan Exco meeting."

"Everything is back to status quo," he said.

On whether he should called for an emergency State Assembly sitting, Zambry said he will first go through the grounds of the High Court judgment before reaching a decision.

Meanwhile, in his decision today, Court of Appeal judge Datuk Ramly Ali said he was satisfied that there were special circumstances to grant the stay as Zambry's appeal would be rendered nugatory if the stay was not granted, Bernama reports.

The court, he said, would fix an early date to hear Zambry's appeal.

He said 

"This is a very unique case as it does not only involve Dr Zambry and Mohammad Nizar but also the entire Perak state," he said.

Yesterday, High Court judge Abdul Aziz Abdul Rahim declared Nizar as the rightful menteri besar after ruling that he (Nizar) had not vacated the office of menteri besar since he had not lost the majority confidence of the state legislative assembly. 

On Feb 13, Mohammad Nizar, 52, filed an application to the court for a declaration that he is at all material times the rightful menteri besar of Perak and an injunction to bar Dr Zambry from discharging his duties as the menteri besar. 

Mohammad Nizar, who was appointed menteri besar on March 17 last year after the DAP-PKR-PAS alliance won 31 seats in the 12th general election, also sought a declaration that Dr Zambry has no right to hold the office of menteri besar. 

Both sides have 28 seats each in the 59-seat assembly after three Pakatan assemblymen quit their parties to become independents and the fourth jumped back from PKR to Umno.

Sultan Azlan Shah then asked Nizar to step down as menteri besar and swore in Dr Zambry after declaring that Barisan Nasional had the majority in the state legislative assembly. 

Zambry filed the stay application and notice of appeal 16 hours after Mohammad Nizar returned to office. 

Following today's decision, one of Nizar's counsel, Ranjit Singh, said they are contemplating filing an appeal to the Court of Appeal to set aside the stay order.

6:24pm: The High Court today declared Datuk Nizar Jamaluddin as the legitimate Menteri Besar of Perak and his bid to regain office will come sooner than expected after the same court denied the application of rival MB, Datuk Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir, for a apply for a stay pending an appeal.

In his landmark ruling, Justice Abdul Aziz Abd Rahim stated that a new Mentri Besar could not be appointed as the office had not been vacated. A mentri besar can only be dismissed by a vote of no confidence, one in which Aziz noted that the Perak Legislative did not carry out.

Court said the fatal Barisan Nasional mistake was despite the majority of 31 against 28, the coalition failed to take a no-confidence vote against Nizar in the state assembly. 

The Judge said once appointed as chief executive of the state, the Menteri Besar is only answerable to the state assembly.

The judge also said the job of the Ruler or head of state was only to appoint a Menteri Besar and if he refuses to resign, he cannot be sacked or his position vacated. 
Justice Aziz said Nizar had gone to meet the sultan on Feb 4 to seek a dissolution of the house to go back to the people

semalam aku hampir kemalangan akibat kecuaian sendiri.. mmg nasib baik xkene langgar.. dh la dlm kete ade ayah aku n kwn die skali.. aku driver yg teruk semalam.. ni kali ke2 aku hampir accident kat bulatan.. aku ingt dh slamat jd tekan minyak la tetiba br prasan ade kete laju tgh pusing bulatan nasib baik sempat lepas.. aku mmg terkejut n mengeletar je lps kejadian 2.. aku bersyukur la sbb mmg dekat btol dh semlm.. aku bersyukur kerna Allah mmbr keselamatan kpd kami sume.. mmg close call dh semlm.. lps ni mmg kene berhati2 btol la.. kalu x mati katak je atas jln raya.. ni pengajaran penting bg aku.. nasib baik xkene lg.. kalu kene langgar mmg aku xtau la ape akn jd.. sblh kanan kete akn kene, driver aka aku @ kwn ayah aku yg duk blkg aku yg akn kene.. Alhamdullilah slamat.. tp kete yg hampir lggr aku mesti marah thp kemuncak darah tggi.. I m so sorry.. it was totally my mistake..

kwn2 d uitm dh menghitung ari utk tamat pengajian.. xlame lg kn, nmpknya xde kesempatan utk aku bertemu korg sume buat kali terakhir.. maafkn diri ni jika bersalah n halalkn mkn minum sepnjg kte bersama.. 

br2 ni MCB ade iklan jwtn kosong (kalu xsilap kurg dr 50) tp permohonan yg dibuat amatlh byk.. beribu2 borang d terima.. sekrg ekonomi tgh gawat jd ramai org cr keje.. aku risau mcmne la aku nnt.. thn depan ekonomi d jgka blum pulih jd mgkn ramai org masih cuba nk dptkn keje.. cgpa pn rendah je.. mmg sukar utk aku bersaing.. perkara ni mmg btol2 merisaukn aku.. mcmne nk cr rezeki n kumpul duit nk kawin kalu xde keje? xkn la aku nk mintak duit parents lg.. semoga ekonomi akn bertmbah baik thn depan..

bulan depan ade pilihan raya n akhbar harakah (PAS) dh d haramkn selama 3 bulan.. knape? kerna menyebarkn berita yg xbtol.. saman la kalu mcm 2.. ni bila nk pilihan raya br nk haram, kebetulan ke ape ni?.. dh la ketua pemuda umno (KJ) yg dilantik adalah seorg perasuah (sumber Tun Dr Mahathir).. yg berslh (Ali Rustam) rasuah pn bleh jd menteri besar xmcm Isa Samad yg d lucut jwtn, knape hukuman berbeza diberi?.. jd negara kte ni negara demokrasi @ korupsi???

lg 9 ari cukup 4 bulan aku praktikal.. dlm 2 mggu ni aku jauh berjalan ikut bos g cwgn mcb d kkip, tenom n ranau.. kkip dekat je dkt inanam dlm 3/4 jam perjalanan dr kk tp driver ni laju jd 1/2 jam dh hmpir smpi.. tp ranau n tenom mmg jauh.. jalan tanah tggi yg berliku2 plak 2.. pening kepala aku ms otw g ranau.. driver bwk laju plak 2.. ms gi tenom pinggang yg sakit, turun naik tanah tggi banjaran crocker.. mmg menakjubkn pemndgn gunung ganang yg tersengam indah.. dasyat btol kecerunan jln ke tenom ni tp mmg berbaloi pergi sbb aku jamin sume org akn kagum dgn keindahan ciptaan tuhan yg esa.. sorry xde gmbr sbb aku xbwk kamera.. aku ikut bos n pegawai2 gi check rekod aset, inventori n stor kt unit2 mcb.. ok la sbb dpt pengalaman n bleh berjalan2.. aku xpenah lg smpi tenom sebelum ni walau pn dh 11 thn 4 bulan d sbh (xtolak 4 thn d shah alam).. otw blik dr tenom singgah keningau (aku pn 1st time smpi sini) utk solat jumaat.. lps solat g mkn kn restoran terkenal "sri keningau".. krew jalan2 cr mkn pn singgah restoran ni.. byk cwgan termasuk di selangor.. mmg dh kaya owner die ni.. slh 1 tarikan adlh pilihan lauk yg byk.. jd spnjg aku berjalan ni 1 sen pn kluar sbb mkn pegawai2 blanja, hotel plak bos yg byr.. alhamdulilah rezeki aku la ni..

april ni arsenal akn bertemu villareal dlm CL.. semoga melepasi saingan yellow sub ni.. pires mgkin beraksi buat 1st time d emirates.. semoga lagenda arsenal 2 memdapat sorakan gemuruh gooners.. tp sorry pires sbb aku berhrp arsenal yg akn ke semi.. kalau dpt lwn barca di semi plg bgs.. n final jumpe chelsea.. trophy bwk pulang emirates la..

esok aku plan nk g tgk the international.. dh lame aku tggu nk tgk sbb mcm best je.. tgk dgn sape xperlu d ulas.. hahaha.. saje nk buat kontrovesi skit.. dh lebih 12 movie aku tgk sejak blik sbh ni.. mmg byk duit abis tp ni la cara aku berhibur setelah smggu berkerja.. jd almost every week aku tgk wyg..

Kesilapanku...

sebelum ni aku ade beri pandangan psl pengunaan nama Allah oleh penganut kristian, aku telah memberi pndgn tanpa berfikir lebih dlm dan jauh.. para ustaz dan to guru kata ok je, biarkn mereka guna.. jd siapalah aku yg tidak arif mengenai agama memberi pndgn berbeza.. jd ada hikmahnya.. aku br sedar akn kesilapan aku.. Allah adalah tuhan utk semua bukan kita umat Islam shj.. org kafir pn hamba Allah jd xde mslh org kristian nk guna nama Allah sebagai slh 1 dr 3 tuhan mereka 2.. penganut kristian pasti akn mengkaji perubahan ni dan semoga mereka tergerak hati utk mendalami Islam dan sedar bhw Islam adlah agama yg sebenar.. Agama Islam adlah indah dan suci namun ada golongan penganut agama Islam yg memberi imej buruk pada agama Allah ini.. kte org melayu dh makin gila.. mcm2 perkara yg Allah larang kte buat.. aku pn termasuk golongan ni.. jd semoga diusia 22 thn ni aku brubah mejd manusia yg lebih berguna n beragama..

sekejap je ms berlalu, ari ni 3 mac dh lebih separuh tempoh praktikal aku lalui.. semuanya ok.. cuma blanja parking aku je yg meningkat 40 sen bermula bulan ni.. ms krisis ekonomi ni la blanja bertambah.. dh la xde elaun.. duit mara la yg menjd mgsa.. tp stakat ni aku dh berjauh saving duit utk kast sem nnt.. InsyaAllah cukup.. kalu xcukup terpaksa mintak dr parents.. duk umah mmg blanja kurg tp mkn bertmbh.. hahaha.. perut makin buncit.. berat dh 56 kg lebih.. dulu 54 kg je.. sluar dr saiz 28 dh naik 30.. 2 pn xbrape selesa.. tp aku sebnrnye under weight.. namun begitu mkn byk ni xbgs.. mkn byk adlah ibu penyakit.. lebih2 lg mknn yg x menyihatkn.. jd kte kene berhati2..

sebagai peringatan isnin 9 hb mac adalah cuti maulidur Rasul jd jgn ade yg pg klas atu keje.. sekian..
